Software has never been at the same time more stable and more complex as it is now. Yet we see more people frustrated with the technology they use. So how can we help this as QA professionals? This session will talk about the different definitions of Quality and give you tips for how you can help drive your organization into a definition that bridges these differences.
David is the QA Practice Leader at SIS where he supports clients both as a QA Manager and as a Product Manager. Before joining SIS David was the QA manager for Express where he led testing for eCommerce, Store Mobile applications, Point of Sale and Omni Channel
To give back to the community, David enjoys mentoring people new to Agile and speaking at QA events like QA or the Highway on how to improve testing on Agile teams.
David recharges by traveling to museums, reading and volunteering with the Civil Air Patrol as an Aerospace Education Officer where he teaches young people about drones and cyber security
